What does ICI construction mean?
ICI means industrial, commercial and institutional construction. It covers new buildings, additions, fit-outs, renovations and technical facilities used by businesses, industry and public or community organizations.
What should I send for an ICI construction quote?
Send the current drawings and specifications where available, plus the site, intended use, target dates, occupancy conditions, owner equipment and known approval or access requirements. An early scope description is also useful.
Does Ardenvale act as general contractor?
Yes. Ardenvale procures and coordinates qualified trade partners, controls the construction site and manages project information, inspections, changes, deficiencies and closeout under the agreed contract.
Can Ardenvale work around an operating business or facility?
Yes, where approved phasing can preserve required access, services, life safety and operating capacity. The client retains operational authority while Ardenvale controls construction activity.
Does Ardenvale perform excavation or envelope restoration?
No. Those services belong to sister company Harrowgate. Ardenvale delivers buildings and coordinates site or restoration interfaces where both scopes are part of the project.
