Only after the assembly, protection layer and bearing detail are reviewed and issued by the responsible team.
Who determines guard and wind requirements?
Qualified design professionals establish them; Ardenvale coordinates the approved construction and specialist fabrication.
Who handles barbecue gas lines?
Qualified designers and licensed gas contractors handle the regulated gas scope, with Ardenvale coordinating amenity interfaces.
How is resident access protected?
The rooftop work zone is closed and controlled while elevators, required exits, accessible paths and routes home remain usable.
