Can an LTC home remain occupied during renovation?
Often, through wing-by-wing staging and approved relocation, infection-control, life-safety and service plans. The operator controls resident moves and care continuity.
Who establishes renovation infection-control measures?
The licensee’s infection-control lead and project team establish the ICRA. Ardenvale implements and maintains the approved construction controls.
How are resident-room details repeated consistently?
A model room can resolve clearances, hardware, backing, finishes and device interfaces before the same approved changes are carried across a wing.
Does Ardenvale approve residents returning to a wing?
No. Ardenvale hands back construction. Resident return, care practice, regulated duties and public-health clearance remain under licensee control.
Who handles exterior civil renovation?
Harrowgate performs excavation, grading, drainage and paving. Ardenvale coordinates adjacent entrances, thresholds and building services.
